E-mail or snail mail us YOUR Favourite dish and a short explanation. It could be a starter, main or dessert. We collect the suggestions and select a few dishes that our chefs then interpret and prepare.

We will contact you and let you know which week your Favourite dish will be on Bakfickan's menu, as well as doing a short interview and taking a photograph. During the week that your dish is on the menu you will be entered in a competition, where the prize is dinner with us. You will also be visible on our website for a few weeks, as well as in our menus in Bakfickan, in order to sell YOUR favourite dish!

The idea behind the competition is to sell as many Favourites as possible during your week.
